Quest Diagnostics Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MADISON, N.J., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on April 17, 2012, to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on April 3, 2012.
