Purdue Pharma L.P. Re-launches Partners Against Pain Website

STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 6, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Purdue Pharma L.P. unveiled an enhanced version of its popular educational website www.PartnersAgainstPain.com, making it is easier for healthcare professionals, people with pain and their caregivers to access valuable pain management information, resources and tools. For more than 17 years, the Partners Against Pain program has been offering support to help improve the quality of pain management for individuals touched by pain.

In addition to information on medical conditions that cause pain, the enhanced site features customized sections for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. Each section offers a wide range of content and special downloadable features. For example, the Patient Comfort Assessment Guide offers patients and caregivers tips and resources, such as:
