Pulmo BioTech Inc. Announces Dual Listing on Frankfurt Borse

NEW YORK, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pulmo BioTech Inc. has completed a dual listing. The Company's shares are now listed on the Frankfurt Borse (symbol PBO) in addition to the OTC BB (OTC Bulletin Board: PLMO).

"The dual listing will play an important role in the future development and financing of the Company, bringing a substantial opportunity to investors outside of the United States and Canada" - Garry McCann, CEO Pulmo BioTech Inc.

Pulmo BioTech's operational subsidiary, PulmoScience, is planning Phase II Human Trials for its PulmoBind product candidate for the Molecular Imaging of the vascular system of the lungs, which will follow the successful completion of its Phase I trials. The company intends to carry out European Phase II trials in parallel with similar trials in the USA and Canada. The resulting increased visibility in Europe will further raise the profile of the company.
