Psyche's Anatomic Pathology System Scores #1 for the KLAS Market Segment Anatomic Pathology for 2010
Date:1/25/2011

MILFORD, Mass., Jan. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Psyche Systems' WindoPath® anatomic pathology information system ranked #1 among all anatomic pathology software solutions surveyed according to the 2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services report*. The report was published in December, 2010.

WindoPath is a highly advanced, full-featured anatomic pathology information system with a modular, customizable design. This design allows quick and easy adaptation to the specific needs of laboratories of all sizes and testing capabilities, including hospitals, private pathology groups, commercial labs, physician office labs, cytogenetics, reference and molecular labs. It is a complete Anatomic Pathology System with CLIA compliance and HIPAA-related security and privacy provisions.

Psyche Systems would like to thank all WindoPath customers who participated in the KLAS survey analysis. WindoPath's rating was 86.5, significantly higher than the closest competitor in Anatomic Pathology and was the only vendor in the category with a disclosure level of 'Full'.  Psyche was also the vendor rated to have 100% of customers surveyed say that they would buy Psyche again.

Dr. Michael Hitchcock, MBChB, MBA, of Pathologists Diagnostic Laboratory PA says, "The only thing wrong with Psyche's WindoPath is that all of our competitors are buying it."

For over 34 years, Psyche has delivered information systems designed exclusively for the pathology laboratory, pioneering many of the industry's leading technology innovations. Psyche developed the first client-server computing model for an AP system, integrated word processing for easier report creation and image management, interactive voice for Pap cases, choice of a stand-alone or a hosted software delivery model, and unified clinical/AP reporting capabilities.
