Project Hosts and BrightWork Partner Up to Offer a Cloud-Based Project and Portfolio Management Solution in a HIPAA/HITRUST Compliant Cloud
Date:9/27/2018

Project Hosts, Inc. is announcing a partnership with BrightWork, the leading project and portfolio management solution for Microsoft SharePoint, to provide Healthcare organizations a HIPAA/HITRUST compliant cloud based solution on Microsoft Azure.

Project Host leverages a HIPAA/HITRUST Azure Security Envelope to extend Azure’s built-in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) security compliance to include all software and data running in the cloud. Healthcare organizations have been moving their on-premises apps, such as patient portals and workloads into the cloud while protecting sensitive electronic personal health information (ePHI) from unauthorized access or theft. And now they can utilize BrightWork’s project and portfolio management solution under the same compliances.

BrightWork Online provides an accessible, secure, and scalable cloud-based project and portfolio management solution within Project Hosts’ HIPAA/HITRUST Security Envelope on Microsoft Azure. By working with BrightWork Online, healthcare projects are covered by the necessary compliance standards for Protected Health Information (PHI).

“We are delighted to expand our relationship with Project Hosts to the Healthcare sector and combining their unparalleled knowledge and experience of cloud security with our project management solution” says BrightWork CEO Éamonn McGuinness. “With Project Hosts’ HIPAA / HITRUST Azure Security Envelope, healthcare organizations can reduce the time taken to achieve compliance from months to weeks and at a fraction of the cost.”
