ProVen Pharmaceuticals Participates in the Dolphins Cycling Challenge

MIAMI, Nov. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ProVen Pharmaceuticals of Miami, Florida took part in the two-day Dolphins Cycling Challenge on November 2nd and 3rd. The event drew over 2500 cyclists and raised more than $4 million dollars for the University of Miami's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Sylvester's mission is to reduce the human burden from cancer and other serious illnesses through research, education, prevention, and the delivery of quality patient care.

ProVen's employees, spouses and friends, a total of 31 people, participated in the event as part of "Team Fuego" and raised more than $20,000.  ProVen president W. Scott Wise stated, "Everyone knows someone that has battled this horrible disease. Our rides were in memory of those we have lost and in support of those battling cancer."
