MISGAV, Israel, October 4, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyTouch Medical Ltd., a leading developer of laparoscopic soft tissue prosthetic placement technologies, announced today it will be exhibiting its lead product, PatchAssist(TM) at the American College of Surgeons 96th Annual Clinical Congress in Washington, DC this week.

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) brings together thousands of surgeons and experts to provide a forum to advance surgeons' ongoing efforts to achieve the best clinical outcomes for their patients.

PatchAssist(TM) is a laparoscopic surgical instrument commercially available in the US that enables accurate, rapid delivery and precision placement of soft tissue prosthesis for a variety of soft tissue repair procedures, including laparoscopic ventral hernia repair (LVHR).
