Platine Pharma Services et Indicia Biotechnology se rapprochent pour renforcer leur leadership en immunomonitoring

Cette acquisition se fait sous la forme d'un apport partiel d'actifs, de la branche d'activité immuno-essais d'Indicia, en contrepartie, Indicia devient actionnaire à hauteur de 32% de Platine Pharma Services.

Les actionnaires actuels de Platine (Innate Pharma et Transgène) verront leur participation se réduire à environ 32% pour chacune des deux sociétés. Cet accord signé le 19 juin 2013 entrera en vigueur le 31 juillet après validation par les assemblées générales des deux sociétés.

Platine Pharma Services

Créée en 2011, Platine Pharma Services est basée à Lyon, dans le Centre d'excellence en Infectiologie de Gerland. Forte de plus de 40 années d'expérience cumulée en immunologie, la société conseille ses clients en matière d'immunomonitoring réglementaire, les accompagne dans la mise en place logistique de leurs études, développe et réalise des tests à façon ou de routine, et analyse les données issues de ces essais.

La réalisation de ces tests s'appuie sur des technologies de pointe. Les applications sont multiples : dosages simultanés de dizaines de cytokines, chimiokines et autres biomarqueurs, caractérisation phénotypique et fonctionnelle des sous-populations leucocytaires, mesure de réponse
