The eXcellence in Leadership Award was presented to Carol Olff to honor her outstanding operational leadership with the eICU research project, "Development and Implementation of an Evidence-based, Cross-campus, Ventilator Weaning Protocol and Physician Order Set and its Effect on Ventilator Length of Stay on Patients who are Mechanically Ventilated in Six Critical Care Units."
