Perrigo Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

ALLEGAN, Mich., Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO;TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, payable on December 13, 2011 to shareholders of record on November 25, 2011.
