DES MOINES, Iowa, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Protocol Driven Healthcare, Inc. (PDHI) today launched ConXus(R) Rewards and announced a partnership with Hallmark Insights to provide fully integrated incentive management and fulfillment services to users of the ConXus health improvement platform.
ConXus Rewards delivers incentive management and fulfillment services for reward points earned by participants completing activities within the ConXus health improvement platform. Activities include completion of a health risk assessment using ConXus Profile or completion of portions of a health action plan using ConXus Steps. Two options are available:
1. With integrated fulfillment services, delivered in partnership with
Hallmark Insights
2. With tracking and management of reward points earned only, for
fulfillment by the client or employer end client outside the ConXus
platform
Clients may offer fulfillment services by employer, supporting flexible service delivery.
"The value of incentives in health and wellness programs is well proven," says Jennifer Jolley, President of PDHI. "The challenge has been delivering a cost-effective, scalable solution. Working with Hallmark Insights enables us to offer the ConXus solution to automate reward fulfillment, together with essential program administration processes such as billing, payment, and reporting."
Participants earn points for completing activities within the ConXus modules, based on client business rules. The maximum reward points available may be set by each employer for each wellness cycle, typically a year. Individual point-earning activities, total to date, and budget available are displayed to each participant and can be reviewed in aggregate by program administrators using online reporting tools.
For employers that choose Hallmark Insights fulfillment services,
reward points earned are transferred to Hallmark Insights in real time.
