The event is part of a series of activities celebrating the 30th anniversary of PAREXEL, which was founded by Mr. von Rickenbach and Dr. Sayigh in 1982. The ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. E.T. at the NASDAQ MarketSite Times Square Studio in New York City and will be broadcast simultaneously on the NASDAQ seven-story tower in Times Square.
