Orthopaedic Synergy, Inc. anuncia nuevas incorporaciones a la junta directiva

EAST TAUNTON, Massachusetts, 21 de mayo de 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- La junta directiva de Orthopaedic Synergy, Inc. ("OSI"), cuyas compañías filiales incluyen OMNIlife science®, Inc., Enztec, Ltd. y Praxim, SA, han seleccionado a dos directores experimentados para su junta. Guy Mayer, un ejecutivo ortopédico experimentado, será vicepresidente de la junta directiva y David Johnson , un experto refutado en dispositivos médicos, se unirá como director.

Antes de unirse a OSI como presidente de la junta, Mayer fue director general y consejero delegado de Ascension Orthopedics, Inc. hasta que fue adquirida por Integra Life Science Holdings Corporation.  Antes de ese cargo, Mayer fue director general, consejero delegado y director de Tutogen Medical, Inc. donde desempeñó un papel instrumental en la venta de Tutogen to RTI Biologics, Inc. Mayer también fue director general y consejero delegado de otras compañías conocidas en la industria farmacéutica y ortopédica, incluyendo director general de Global Products Group de Zimmer.
