Orange County Physician Owned Medical Group Opens Pioneering Medical Facility

YORBA LINDA, Calif., Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Caduceus Medical Group rolls out groundbreaking on-site complimentary patient services at the Grand Opening of its new OC medical facility.   These new services bolster the medical group's patient credos and commitment to provide innovative patient centered care and guaranteed access.

Patients want concierge services in healthcare and Caduceus Medical Group agrees. This declaration was prompted by the recent WSJ article documenting the recent trend in medicine to convert medical practices to the boutique concierge model. This trend has increased in popularity to compensate for reported reduced physician reimbursement rates in Medicare.

Locally physician owned Caduceus Medical Group offers these services with no annual fee.  The group will continue expand these complimentary services to patients with its groundbreaking medical 12,000 sq. ft. space on its Yorba Linda campus. Some of those services include:

  • Cappuccino bar
  • Koi feedings and indoor playground at Caduceus 4 Kids
  • Mini massages at the Spa Lounge at Caduceus for Women
  • iPad station with Free Wifi at Caduceus Specialty
  • On-site pharmacy

Caduceus will also remain the trendsetter for mobile access nationally following a string of cutting edge services developed for patients. Caduceus was the first medical group in the country to offer patients smartphone apps, available for both iPhone and Android.  Features offered on the Caduceus app include access to test results via email, ability to have Skype physician consults from work or home, and a convenient feature called "Mousecalls" that allows patients to email questions directly to their physician.

More information is expected to be released at the grand opening of the new facility merging its existing women's center, pediatrics suite, and specialty practice on the Yorba Linda campus.
