Optimum Mobile Imaging Corp. (ICBU) Retains Securities Law Firm

TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of its ongoing restructuring process, Optimum Mobile Imaging Corp. (ICBU) has repositioned two of its subsidiaries as wholly owned subsidiaries of iMD Companies Inc., which itself shall remain, at the current time, a wholly owned subsidiary of Optimum Mobile Imaging Corp. (ICBU). The two subsidiaries, Botanical Science LLC and Hyper-Interactive Marketing LLC, will now reside alongside the newly formed Positive Solutions Centers LLC, under iMD Companies Inc. in the corporate hierarchy. In an additional move, Optimum Mobile Imaging Corp. and iMD Companies have retained a securities law firm and are engaging a CPA firm. Under the supervision of the securities law firm, OMI Corp. will conduct a formal audit of the newly named iMD Companies, Inc., and its subsidiaries.
