De fleste av disse studiene foreslår fordelaktige virkninger, for det meste på aggresiv og paranoid atferd.

  • I disse studiene har høye doser (40-80IU) vanligvis blitt brukt og representerer en logistisk utfordring pga. væskemengden som kreves for å levere disse dosene og utgjør en risiko for langvarige, negative virkninger forbundet med vann- og elektrolyttubalanse.
