Oncology Systems Limited (OSL) is the largest independent provider of radiotherapy equipment and software in the UK. OSL's customers include the UK's NHS and private radiotherapy facilities, and public and private providers in the Republic of Ireland. More recently, the launch of its own software range has seen OSL expand globally into cancer centres around the world.

OSL's products enable clinicians to deliver the highest quality therapies for the treatment of cancer. OSL provides a wide range of clinical and technical radiation therapy equipment from thermoplastic to 4D simulation and imaging, in the areas of immobilisation, treatment planning and medical physics QA.OSL was formed in 1999. The company benefits from the significant clinical experience gained by members of staff. In 2003, OSL achieved the international quality accreditation to ISO9001:2001, which was upgraded to ISO9000:2008 and incorporated the requirements of 13485:2003 in 2009.
