Oculus Health Introduces A.I. Driven Patient On-Boarding Solution to Deliver Superior Patient Journeys

Oculus Health is pleased to announce the addition of a new suite of products called “Patient Activate” and “Patient Empower”. These include seamless patient onboarding and an A.I.- driven preventive services engine. Together, Patient Activate and Patient Empower will reduce the friction of quality data gathering in medical offices, and minimize administrative tasks for both providers and front office medical staff. The solution understands health consumer needs, personalizes their experience, and engages them across channels with powerful digital software. Oculus Health now delivers comprehensive tools including scheduling, customized risk assessments for all patients, and patient remote monitoring for high risk patients.
