Nutrastar Distribution Spreads into Anhui Province

HARBIN, China, May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Nutrastar International Inc. (OTCBB: NUIN; "Nutrastar" or the "Company"), a leading producer and supplier of premium branded Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM") consumer products, today announced that it has expanded its distribution to Anhui Province in eastern China. The Company's value-oriented "Ban Ke Chong Cao" health drink and entry-level "Yang Yang Ba" health drink are now available in Anqing City, located in southwest Anhui Province.

Anqing has a population of approximately 6 million, which is roughly 10 percent of Anhui Province's total population. Included in Nutrastar's new distribution network in Anhui are two major supermarkets – Golden Hualian and Shibaka. With this distribution agreement, Nutrastar's drinks are now available at over 100 points-of-sale in five cities across two provinces along the affluent Yangtze River.
