North American Spine Welcomes Robert R. Bulger, M.D. to Dallas Physician Group

DALLAS, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- North American Spine is pleased to announce that Robert R. Bulger, M.D. has joined our group to help further the advancement of minimally invasive back pain treatment techniques.  The AccuraScope™ Discectomy and Neural Decompression (D.N.D.) procedure treats a variety of conditions responsible for back pain on multiple lumbar levels using one single, tiny incision. North American Spine's trained physicians are the only doctors performing the procedure in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. North American Spine plans to expand its elite group of hand-selected specialists in key locations nationwide, including Houston, TX soon, with expansion to select markets worldwide also under way.

After attending the prestigious Mayo Medical School College of Medicine, Dr. Bulger trained in both Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology at Emory University in Atlanta.  During his fellowship at Penn State, he developed epidural infusion protocols and techniques for post-operative pain that have since been adopted by numerous hospitals, including the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.  Other honors include an invitation to be an expert panelist and lecturer at the American Society of Anesthesiology national meeting, visiting professor for the UT Southwestern Medical Center residency and a former President of the Dallas County Anesthesia Society.  Dr. Bulger has also been selected by his peers as one of D Magazine's Best Doctors in Dallas in each of the past six years.
