New Places and People - Truphatek opens USA subsidiary

NETANYA, Israel, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Truphatek has successfully enticed one of the best known professionals in emergency medical care to lead its newly opened US subsidiary.

Dan White, formerly of AllMed, formally announced last week: "I will be opening a new US subsidiary of Truphatek http://www.truphatek.com/. They manufacture innovative airway management and emergency medical devices. I may be reached after this week at 573-240-0002 or by e-mail at phillydan@hotmail.com. I start officially in my new capacity as National Sales & Marketing Director for Truphatek US on 1st. October, 2009."

The new company - Truphatek Inc.- will be based in Ashland, Missouri and will be the latest of the local wholly owned marketing and sales subsidiaries to be set up by Truphatek Holdings (1993) Limited. The company already operates profitable companies in China and India and is planning to establish its own European company during year 2010.

White was most recently the Director of Corporate Planning & Business Development for Allmed in Jefferson City, Missouri. During his tenure White led the company's efforts to successfully secure new working capital, helped to build their new distribution center and implemented their new ERP system.
