New Jensen Dental White Paper Reveals How Dental Laboratories Can Increase Productivity, Profitability with a Multi-Function Pressing Furnace

NORTH HAVEN, Conn., Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jensen Dental, a manufacturer and distributor of products and services to dental laboratories, today announced the release of a new white paper that reveals how dental labs can increase productivity, consistency and profitability by using a single multi-function pressing furnace that offers the capabilities of three normal pressing furnaces.

The white paper, titled "Pressing Matters: Increasing Your Laboratory's Productivity and Profitability with the DEKEMA Austromat® Press-i-dent® Pressing Furnace and trixpress® Technology," is authored by Terry McQuiston, CDT, and presents an innovative option for a pressing furnace that will help dental labs improve operational efficiencies and drive cost savings while delivering exceptional esthetics, consistently.

The DEKEMA Press-i-dent has the capabilities of three standard pressing furnaces in one, providing labs with the ability to press up to five shades and/or 20 grams of ceramic in one pressing cycle. The Press-i-dent's simplified spruing and unique autodry® feature results in an enhanced lab workflow, leading to more reliable production and increased overall productivity.

"What lab owner wouldn't want a single piece of equipment that could dramatically increase output, pressing up to five shades or twenty grams of ceramic at once?" McQuiston asks. "This white paper describes how and outlines a clear path to greater productivity and performance."

The white paper can be downloaded for free at
