SAN DIEGO, April 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) announced today the signing of a new ten-year lease with Depomed, Inc. (NASDAQ: DEPO) at its Pacific Research Center campus in Newark, California.
