Neusoft Medical cherche à acquérir des actions détenues par Philips dans la coentreprise Philips-Neusoft Medical Systems

Neusoft Medical et la coentreprise d'origine poursuivront leurs activités en R&D, production et vente de systèmes médicaux, parmi lesquels les tomodensitomètres, IRM, appareils à ultrasons et appareils de radiodiagnostic. Par ailleurs, Philips et Neusoft Medical resteront partenaires via l'approvisionnement des systèmes en composants et en fabricants d'équipement d'origine.

Neusoft et Philips devraient se retrouver autour de la table des négociations pour aborder la proposition de transaction et signer les accords définitifs. Par la suite, la clôture est attendue d'ici la fin 2013.
