Nat Geissel Named President of CIVCO Radiotherapy
Date:5/2/2017

CORALVILLE, Iowa, May 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CIVCO Radiotherapy, the leading provider of high quality, innovative, patient-centric radiotherapy solutions, announced today that Nat Geissel has been named president. Geissel has been with CIVCO since 2012 and has served as vice president of marketing and product line management, senior vice president and general manager, and most recently, executive vice president and general manager.

"I am extremely proud of what CIVCO Radiotherapy and its predecessors have accomplished through the years, particularly the past 2 years as we successfully separated our business from our sister company, CIVCO Medical Solution, Multi-Modality Imaging to refocus our commitment to the global markets we serve.  We will continue to develop high quality, innovative, patient-centric radiotherapy solutions to provide a better way of improving patient outcomes," Geissel said. "I look forward to continuing our work, with the dedicated employees of CIVCO Radiotherapy, to be the leading innovation partner in radiotherapy solutions worldwide."

Geissel came to CIVCO after a distinguished career in medical imaging, software and medical device businesses. He was previously senior director, cardiology for Cerner Corporation, a leading EMR provider based in Kansas City, MO.  Prior to that, he held leadership positions with Sirtex Medical Inc., an oncology-based medical device company, and DMS Health Technologies, a worldwide distributor of patient monitoring and medical imaging equipment.

Geissel is based in CIVCO's Coralville, Iowa, location.
