Nancy H. Rothstein, The Sleep Ambassador®, Joins Resonea

Resonea, Inc., a technology company founded to create a new standard for understanding sleep and breathing and their long-term impact on wellness, performance, and quality of life, announced that Nancy Rothstein, MBA, author and lecturer known as The Sleep Ambassador®, has joined the Resonea team as Director of Sleep Health.

Rothstein, who spent decades in the corporate and financial sectors, recognized that poor sleep has significant effects on the health, safety, and productivity of employees, with massive impact on profitability for employers.

This led Rothstein, who is called The Sleep Ambassador, to create SLEEP WELL/LIVE WELL™ as a comprehensive sleep improvement program to change poor sleep habits and produce sustainable improvements in sleep.

SLEEP WELL/LIVE WELL has been adopted in the past by several Fortune 500 and healthcare companies and will now be offered exclusively through Resonea’s DROWZLE™ Sleep Health Program.

Rothstein consults with top corporations, medical and dental professionals, schools, athletic teams and other organizations to provide successful strategies to empower people to improve their sleep. In 2018, Nancy was named one of the “10 Most Influential People in Sleep” by TOMORROW Magazine.

“The addition of Nancy Rothstein to our team is a vital step for accomplishing our overall strategy for the DROWZLE digital health and wellness platform,” according to Ruchir Sehra, MD, CEO and co-founder of Resonea Inc. “As recent studies are showing, the quality of your sleep plays an intrinsic role in your susceptibility to chronic diseases, your ability to function daily, and even your brain’s ability to guard itself against dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.”

“At any given time, as many as 60% of adults may suffer from sleep deficit due to poor sleep habits.,” said Rothstein. “With Resonea now offering SLEEP WELL/LIVE WELL, I know that we can make a compelling difference in the lives of people with sleep issues.”

A poor night’s sleep affects many aspects of daytime performance: safety, focus, memory, decision making, reaction time, and mood. Sleep deficit also impacts weight management, immune system function, and risk of getting or complicating other diseases, such as hypertension, stroke, depression, obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Coupling SLEEP WELL/LIVE WELL with the DROWZLE Sleep Health Program, which is aimed at improving sleep awareness as a part of employer wellness initiatives, will enable companies to provide proven resources for healthier sleep to their employees.

The comprehensive program is at Custom-tailored programs and consultations with Rothstein are also available for any size company.
