Before joining Millennium, Ms. Sipes served as Vice President, Legal and Human Resources, and Compliance Officer with Cypress Bioscience where she developed and oversaw all corporate compliance programs.  She held a similar position with Prometheus Laboratories, Inc., also in San Diego.  She holds a B.S. degree from Texas Tech University and earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.
