Mesa Labs Declares Quarterly Dividend

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLAB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share of common stock, payable on March 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 25, 2011.

Mesa Laboratories develops, acquires, manufactures and markets electronic instruments and disposables for industrial, pharmaceutical and medical applications.
