Mesa Labs Declares Quarterly Dividend

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mesa Laboratories, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLAB) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 11 cents per share of common stock, payable on September 15, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2010.

Mesa Laboratories develops, acquires, manufactures and markets electronic instruments and disposables for industrial, pharmaceutical and medical applications.
