Medivance Named to Mercury 100 Ranking of the 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the Boulder Valley

LOUISVILLE, Colo., May 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medivance®, Inc. today announced that it had been named to the Mercury 100 ranking of fastest growing companies in the Boulder Valley as determined by the Boulder County Business Report. The Mercury 100 is divided into two lists, including 50 companies with annual revenue above $2 million, and 50 companies with annual revenue below $2 million. To be included in the rankings companies must be based in Boulder or Broomfield counties. Medivance was ranked 15th in the over $2 million category with reported revenue growth of 89% from 2008 to 2010, and 7th in total revenue in 2010.

Medivance, founded in 1998, has grown from a pure start-up to market leadership in the rapidly expanding field of Targeted Temperature Management™ therapy. The company's flagship Arctic Sun® Temperature Management System has been utilized to treat tens of thousands of critically ill patients throughout the world.
