Medical Sales College Signs Training Agreement With TASSMA, Inc.
Date:2/26/2013

DENVER, Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Denver based Medical Sales College, the nation's premiere training school for careers in medical device sales, is pleased to announce today that it has entered into an exclusive training agreement with TASSMA, Inc.   The agreement provides for Medical Sales College to assist in the selection and training of 10 Certified Medical Sales Representatives for TASSMA in 2013, and for an additional 10 more representatives in both 2014 and 2015, subsequent to performance objectives being met by both parties.  This three-year agreement represents the entire field sales force for TASSMA's first divisional launch into the surgical marketplace.

Jim Rogers , CEO of Medical Sales College said, "We are excited to enter into this partnership with TASSMA.  They have a unique business model that fits in perfectly with our mission to educate and train individuals for a successful career in medical sales."

Mr. Rogers comments further, "The medical sales industry is constantly changing.  Organizations like TASSMA understand this and are developing unique distribution channels for companies to maximize sales and profits.  We are pleased TASSMA values the high-quality education graduates of Medical Sales College receive and look forward to working together over the next several years to deliver well-trained, prepared, and confident individuals to the marketplace."

Todd Staples , CEO of TASSMA comments on why partnering with the Medical Sales College makes sense for his business.  "It was clear to me in designing this new sales model that sourcing and training high quality talent in an immersive, certified training program was the only way TASSMA could deliver true value to our portfolio partners.  It became obvious early in the process that the Medical Sales College was far better equipped to deliver both clinical and sales related skills than many well-established corporate training programs.  For these reasons, I am very excited to partner with Medical Sales College as both of our organizations share disruptive business models founded in the desire to deliver core competencies in ways that provide value to the medical device industry we serve.

Headquartered in Denver, CO, the Medical Sales College is the nation's only licensed, approved, and regulated training program for orthopaedic and spine sales professionals.  The Medical Sales College not only provides specific training to individuals hoping to transition into medical sales, but also offers corporate training programs to orthopaedic companies for their current sales force.  Medical Sales College has now trained in excess of 1,000 students through its medical sales educational platform.  To learn more about the Medical Sales College, please visit our website at http://www.medicalsalescollege.com or view our introductory video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=IRw98hHckHI

TASSMA (Buffalo, NY) is the first organization of its kind to take a fresh approach to the innovative startup sector and introduce a new "outsourced" direct sales business model that enables smaller medical device companies to combine their strengths in ways that produce significant leverage in the overall marketplace.  This new sales force model closely mimics the largest direct fortune 500 competitors, and includes features atypical to indirect channels such as professional development, accredited training, CRM integration, documented sales process, and a full employee benefits package.

It is TASSMA's mission to provide a highly consultative, direct sales team approach that accelerates growth for our partners in the US market and achieves their organizational objectives in a timely manner. http://tassma.net
