Date:12/29/2011

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Dec. 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding Inc. (OTCQ:MDHI.PK) today released the preliminary version of its new television commercial for its MediPendant™ personal medical alarm system with the technology that enables the user to speak and listen directly through the pendant, no matter where they may be in and around their home.

The Company recently announced the signing of a marketing and distribution agreement with Harrington Multi Media Marketing LLC (HM3), one of the leading producers of infomercials and short form direct television spots.  The companies plan to return the MediPendant™ to television advertising during the month of January in order to capitalize on the large and growing market for Personal Emergency Medical Alarms (PERS).

"We have had many questions from our investors about the status of our new advertising campaign.  In conjunction with our partner, Harrington, we have completed the television spot with the ending voice over and pricing components to be added before airing, commented the Managing Director of Marketing for Medical Alarm Concepts.  "We have posted a link below that will enable all to view our progress and view the nearly completed version."  The PERS market space is a very large one and we believe we can be very successful with this new partner, our new financing model, and the innovative price structure for the campaign which we plan to announce shortly.  This pricing will allow almost anyone who needs a medical alarm to acquire one of the industries's most advanced products inexpensively and affordably, without any long term commitment.  The commercial can be viewed at the link provided below.

Tim Harrington, CEO of HM3, commented, "We look forward to working with the Medical Alarm Concepts' team.  We believe in this product so much that we are willing to invest our own money in the production of a commerc
