Medical Alarm Concepts Investor Update - Several Initiatives in Place Designed to Significantly Accelerate Growth
Date:9/20/2011

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCQB:MDHI), manufacturer of the MediPendant™, the first fully-monitored medical alarm system that allows the users to speak and listen directly through the pendant, today provides investors with an update on recent corporate activities. Mr. Teicher continued, "We are currently putting the final touches on several initiatives to significantly accelerate our growth. These include a new injection of capital into the Company, a restructuring of our balance sheet, a new strategic alliance with a significant player in the world of marketing and advertising, investment in a new generation of product, acquisition of enough inventory for us to reach profitability, and several
