MedClean Technologies Signs Contract with Gamma HealthCare Inc./Danner Medical Waste for MedClean 4500 Fixed-Based System, Services, and Consumables
Date:11/11/2010

BETHEL, Conn., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- MedClean Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: MCLN), the leading provider of onsite technology for the treatment and disposal of medical waste and the destruction of confidential documents and related media, today announced it has signed an agreement with Gamma HealthCare, Inc./Danner Medical Waste Management Services, for the purchase of a MedClean 4500 fixed-based sterilization system.

The agreement includes the purchase of the equipment plus additional recurring consumable orders for the life of the equipment, estimated over 10 years.  Gamma HealthCare will expand its operations to include a centralized waste sterilization processing center within their seven state Midwest region.

"The continued strengthening of MedClean's relationship with Gamma HealthCare further validates our approach to building a nationwide network of quality partners who provide high quality services at lower costs to the hospital market," commented David Laky, President and CEO of MedClean Technologies, Inc. "This agreement represents our second system sale to a distributor partner where the focal point of the agreement is developing a long-term working relationship through expansion of both companies' businesses.  This positive milestone demonstrates that we are executing our business plan and remain focused on key growth objectives for the company.  The MC 4500 can process over one million pounds of medical waste annually.  It is exciting for us to contribute toward Gamma HealthCare's goal of processing medical waste, expanding the Danner Medical Waste Management Services line of business, and assisting them with future expansion of their operations throughout the Midwest region.  We look forward to continuing to develop other portions of the region as a partner to Gamma HealthCare."

Mr. Laky continued, "This national network of distributors we have created in the first three quarters of 2010 will be a differentiator for MedClean and our partners as we move into 2011.  We plan to share more information with the market throughout the rest of 2010 through press releases and additions to our website as well as Q&A postings in our blog area.  Gamma HealthCare has been a phenomenal partner and it is fitting that this announcement is the springboard for laying out the Company's go forward strategy."

"The deployment of this state-of-the-art MedClean 4500 system enables us to reduce operating costs while better serving Danner customers in the region," commented Jerrod Murphy, President & COO at Gamma HealthCare. "We are actively working to expand the Danner line of business and with the acquisition of this technology we expect to be operational in the near future with our own regional processing center, strengthening our presence in the area. We continue to extend our reach throughout the Midwest and partnering with MedClean gives us a competitive advantage over more costly solutions."
