    The 22nd Annual Manny Awards celebration on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York, N.Y., will begin with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. and continue with a sit-down dinner at 7:30 p.m. The awards ceremony will commence at 8:30 p.m. Black tie is optional.
