Commenting on the new appointments, Max Healthcare Managing Director Rahul Khosla said: "In today's world it is very important to harness and leverage on a mixture of different domain expertise." Instead of having one person who takes every decision, the company wants accountability to be clear but the process of making decisions should invite as much expertise as possible.

Prior to his new assignment, Dr. Bakshi was as an associate principal with McKinsey & Company. Dr. Agrawal served as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Informatics Officer at Kings County Hospital Centre in New York.

Mr. Analjit Singh, founder of the Max Group, said that he strongly believes the new leadership team at Max Healthcare will bring in the youth and vigor needed to successfully run and grow a large healthcare business.  He looks forward to a progressive new phase in Max Healthcare's revolution towards becoming India's most admired healthcare providers.
