OmegaMaine(TM) Omega-3 oil may improve gum health

ROCKPORT, Maine, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Maine Natural Health Company is working with dentists and their patients to study the effects of OmegaMaine(TM) Omega-3 oil as it pertains to inflammation and gum health.

According to the American Dental Association, 75% of all Americans will develop some form of gum disease. Gingivitis, which causes inflammation, bleeding, and swelling, and periodontitis, which destroys connective tissues and bones, may worsen other health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, pre-term delivery, and kidney disease.
