MacroChem Announces Phase 2 Data for EcoNail(R) in the Treatment of Onychomycosis

ACCP.OB) announced it had signed an agreement and plan of merger with MacroChem pursuant to which MacroChem is expected to be merged with and into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Access. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2008.
