MRI Medical Inc. Changing Name to Xeridiem Medical Devices, Inc.

TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MRI Medical Inc. is changing its name to Xeridiem Medical Devices, Inc. as part of its corporate development plan.

"Although we're changing our name, we will continue to provide our customers with the same superior design, development, and manufacturing services that we've provided for nearly 30 years," stated Joseph Lee, Xeridiem Medical Devices, Inc.'s President. "Our mission remains the same - to improve healthcare by helping our customers efficiently supply world class medical devices to patients around the world."

Xeridiem Medical Devices, Inc. custom engineers performance-critical, minimally invasive medical devices used in urology, cardiology, gastroenterology, minimally invasive surgery, and gynecology for both major companies and individual entrepreneurs.
