Date:1/30/2013

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. (OTCPINK: MDHI), announced that CEO, Ronnie Adams , will hold an investor conference call on January 31, 2013 at 11AM EST.  The Company is also announcing the release of financial information and additional financial disclosures updated to the end of the first fiscal quarter Sept 30, 2012.  Over the past week, Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc. has also released financials for full fiscal years ending 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Adams commented, "We are very excited to be up to date on releasing our financial results. While it is very important for us to provide transparency into past financial periods, the financial results we have recently released will not provide investors an accurate portrayal of current corporate activities. This rapid growth rate and our recent successes are not reflected in these past financial statements, but we are confident that moving forward, our investors will be able to track our strong progress through the release of our future financial statements."

"On the conference call we will outline where MDHI was during 2012 and where we are going in 2013 and beyond," Mr. Adams continued.  "We are expecting 2013 to be a year of strong continued growth that will be based mainly on high margin recurring revenues, which will also be significantly enhanced by our growing distribution and international presence.  We look forward to presenting our plan for 2013 and beyond."
