Lilly Declares Second-Quarter 2012 Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, April 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) today declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2012 of $0.49 a share on outstanding common stock. 

The dividend is payable June 8, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2012.
