Date:5/22/2013

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, May 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Life Line Screening  (LLS), a leading national provider of health screening services announced today the creation of a unique partnership with MCM Solutions for Better Health (MCM).

MCM is a population health management organization. LLS will provide health screening services to MCM's growing list of clients. These important expanded services will help MCM and its clients intervene in costly chronic conditions earlier. Effective prevention reduces cost of care when individuals are able to address chronic conditions before they become major health issues.

"Having the ability to detect more chronic conditions using Life Line Screening's set of comprehensive services will allow MCM to deliver better and more cost effective disease management to its clients," said Rhett Chenevert, Sr. Vice President of Business Development for Life Line Screening.

Mike O'Connor, President of MCM, stated, "We are very pleased to be partnering with Life Line Screening. MCM's clients will have access to the very latest in health screening services.   The addition of these services will give our nurses important information for the early identification of patients with chronic conditions. This allows us to make the most effective interventions for the better health of the member and, thereby, achieve maximum clinical and financial outcomes."
