Legal-Bay LLC Announces Opening of Jones Act Lawsuit Funding Division

TAMPA, Fla., April 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, through its website lawsuitssettlementfunding.com announced today that they are making a substantial commitment to plaintiffs in need of lawsuit cash advances  for Jones Act Cases.  Legal-Bay is already an industry leader; however they are striving to set themselves apart in certain key funding areas.  Recently the company announced that they have ramped up their operations involving Avandia Settlement Funding and Semi or Tractor Trailer Lawsuit Funding.  However, the company is now opening a separate division -planned to be in the Tampa Bay area- solely geared toward Jones Act Lawsuit Funding or Maritime Cases, where "seaman" have been injured on yachts, boats, barges, cruises, tugs, ships and other vessels.
