Kinetic Systems Appoints Peter M. Maris President & Chief Executive Officer

DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Kinetic Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of process and mechanical solutions to electronics, biopharmaceutical and general industry clients, announced today the appointment of Peter M. Maris as President and Chief Executive Officer as well as to its Board of Directors. He will also continue to oversee the International Operations division.

Mr. Maris has been with Kinetics for more than 10 years, where he served as President of the International Operations division, and was instrumental in its turnaround and growth over the past five years. Throughout his career at Kinetics, Mr. Maris has held leadership positions in the development, operations, sales, and financial groups. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Maris worked in underwriting and banking at Wachovia Bank.
