Kerry R. Hicks Joins Physicians' Capital Investments as Vice-Chairman of Board

DALLAS, Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Physicians' Capital Investments®, LLC (PCI/the Company) is pleased to announce the addition of Kerry R. Hicks as Vice-Chairman of PCI's Board. Kerry brings a wealth of experience growing healthcare companies in the U.S. Most recently, Kerry served as CEO of Healthgrades®. Kerry will work closely with the board and management team of PCI to further refine PCI's medical real estate development business model and to further accelerate the growth of the company.

With the addition of Kerry, the Company's Board will include Mats Wahlström (Chairman), Pedro Vergne-Marini, MD (Founder and Vice-Chairman), Pedro Juan Vergne-Morell (CEO and Board Member), Gregg Sonnen (Board Member), Francisco Javier Vergne-Morell (Sr. VP of Business Development, General Counsel and Board Member), Michael Lazarus, MD (Board Member) and James Cotton, MD (Board Member).
