Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. Promotes Chris Geraghty to Chief Executive Officer

PRINCETON, N.J., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kepner-Tregoe (KT), the global capability development and consulting company, today announced that 13-year veteran Chris Geraghty has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Geraghty's experience includes more than 20 years serving the industrial sector, holding numerous senior management positions with manufacturing organizations. He succeeds Ray Baxter , who is retiring after serving as Kepner-Tregoe's Chairman of the Board and CEO.

Geraghty joined Kepner-Tregoe in 1999 as a management consultant and was named a Principal for the firm's international business in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, he held the positions of Regional Managing Director in Australia, Southeast Asia and North America. Most recently, Geraghty served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for day-to-day operations in North America, EMEA, South East Asia, Japan and Australia.
