Dr. Gudin received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY.  Following a transitional internship in surgery, medicine, and anesthesiology at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, he completed a residency in anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine.  He continued his training with an extended postdoctoral fellowship in pain medicine at the Yale Center for Pain Management, where he was actively involved in research and teaching.

Dr. Srinivas Nalamachu is President and Medical Director of the International Clinical Research Institute Inc. and Co-Director of the Pain Management Institute in Overland Park, KS.  In addition, Dr. Nalamachu is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Kansas University Medical Center in Kansas City, KS and Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, MO.  Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Nalamachu is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, American Pain Society, American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the International Association for Study of Pain.  In addition, he is on the editorial board of Pain Clinician.  His is the principal investigator in numerous studies involving breakthrough, chronic pain, low back pain, and neuropathic pain.  Dr. Nalamachu completed his medical education and mandatory internship from Kakatiya Medical College Teaching Hospitals
