KD Pharma Group invests in Nutriceutical Holdings

BLUE BELL, Pa., June 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Nutriceutical Holdings (NH), parent company of Physician Recommended Nutriceuticals (PRN) and Veterinarian Recommended Solutions (VRS), and KD Pharma Group have decided to join forces through a direct investment in Nutriceutical Holdings by KD Pharma Group. KD Pharma Group will become the largest shareholder in Nutriceutical Holdings with the option to acquire the entire company.
