John Ault Appointed Director of Business Development for MedTek Systems LLC

AUBURN, Ala., Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Mr. John Ault has been appointed as Director of Business Development for MedTek Systems, LLC as announced today by its' Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Michael L. Weaver. Mr. Ault, of Charlotte North Carolina is a savvy and seasoned professional sales and business development executive with twenty plus years of professional experience partnering with medical practices, clinics and hospitals to offer premier healthcare medical products and services.


Mr. Ault will manage the day to day sales and business development activities which represent a much diversified menu of practice solutions for physicians, specialists and surgeons in the Southeastern United States. Mr. Ault will also manage the greater Charlotte and western Carolina territories, in addition to his managerial corporate duties. His core strengths include attentive listening to the client to identify areas of need and matching those needs to the proper healthcare solutions, alleviating apprehension while instilling client confidence, and recommending improvements leading to greater profitability and sustainability for the client.  Mr. Ault exudes a strong sense of professional commitment and dedication to the practice resulting in more positive, profitable and productive experiences for the client and his or her support staff.

His responsibilities include the creation and implementation of the long term business development strategy and helping to set the corporate sales and marketing direction for MedTek. Prior to joining MedTek, Mr. Ault has held various sales and sales management positions with General Electric Healthcare, Unidine Healthcare, Genzyme Biosurgical and Morrison Healthcare. His career has been highlighted by numerous awards and recognitions including sales person and region of the year awards. Throughout his career, Mr. Ault has always strived to focus on what is important to his clients and crafting solutions that align with their objectives. Mr. Ault is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Medical Group Management Association.

Mr. Ault is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing.  His prior academic and overall work experience have led to a significant record of achievement in critical care, marketing and sales by working intimately with practitioners in their chosen field of medicine, helping each to identify with the realities and challenges facing their practice, the quality of medicine they offer and the ever increasing regulatory challenges that confront general and specialty care providers in every phase of healthcare.
