International Merchant Advisors Completes All Stock Based Purchase of Medical Marijuana Company Organic Science, Inc.

KINGWOOD, Texas, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Merchant Advisors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IMAI) www.imaiinc.com announced today that the company has completed the purchase of medical marijuana management and development company Organic Science, Inc. in an all stock transaction.  Organic Science, Inc. will be the primary operating subsidiary of IMAI in this business segment, and is focused on the implementation of the Organic Science plans for management, acquisition and development of medically supervised Wellness Centers and Medical Marijuana clinics in selected markets throughout the USA, including California, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico and others.  International Merchant Advisors agreement to purchase Organic Science was subject to a valuation from an independent third party, and CEO Mel Roseman stated, "The Organic Science valuation and research study positively validated our plan to acquire the company, and Organic Science now provides us the foundation to rapidly grow our business, with the acquisition of an existing company and current revenue expected in 2010. New management contracts pending and numerous acquisition opportunities under negotiation should make IMAI and Organic Science one of the most financially successful public companies focused on Wellness Centers and Medical Marijuana chronic pain relief."
